Reblend license

This is an agreement between you and me, Leonid Altman. I make Reblend. By downloading it, you accept these terms.

1. Your license. A purchase gives you one license for interactive use of the Reblend render engine, meaning the rendered viewport and renders you start from Blender's window. You can use it on up to 5 of your own computers. To switch computers, remove one on the download page or in Reblend's preferences. If you bought Reblend before version 2.0, the 5-computer limit and the online checks don't apply to you.

2. Render nodes. Rendering from the command line, with Blender running in the background, needs no license. That holds on any number of computers, render farms included.

3. Updates. You can use every version released while your membership or support period runs. Those versions keep working after it ends. Versions released later need a new period.

4. Online check. The first time Reblend starts on a computer, it registers that computer with reblend.app. It sends a code for the computer, the computer's name, its operating system and your purchase. It never sends your files or scenes. After that it checks in about every 30 days. If you're offline, it keeps working for 60 days after the last check. If you turn off online access in Blender, you can get a license file for that computer from the download page instead.

5. Limits. Don't share your license or the downloaded files with others, sell or rent them, or remove or work around the license check. Don't reverse engineer the render engine, except where the law lets you.

6. Open source parts. The Blender addon is licensed under the GNU GPL, version 3 or later. Parts of the render engine come under their own licenses, listed in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES. Nothing here limits your rights under those licenses.

7. Your work. Your renders and files belong to you. I claim no rights in them.

8. No warranty. Reblend comes as is. As far as the law allows, I'm not liable for lost work, data or income from using it.

9. Ending. Your license ends if you break these terms, or if your purchase is refunded or charged back.

10. Changes. If I change these terms, the download page will link the new text, and it covers versions you download from then on. Versions you already have stay under the terms you accepted.
